Queen Elizabeth II: 65 Years and Counting!

On February 6th, 1952, Queen Elizabeth II’s father, King George VI passed away. At the young age of 25 years old, Elizabeth II took over the throne and the responsibilities of Queen. Earlier this month, she celebrated her 65th year as the reigning monarch of Britain — the longest in British history. How did she celebrate? With a Sapphire Jubilee, of course!
