It’s official … LeBron James (you know, the guy who played with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors) is now a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. Yep, LeBron James, one of the most respected players of the NBA, just signed a four-year, $153.3 million deal with the Lakers. It’s a bittersweet move since Mr. James was hoping to retire in his hometown of Cleveland where he delivered a championship win (the first in fifty-two years) against … you guessed it … the Golden State Warriors in 2016. Although Cleveland fans are sad to see him go, the city of Los Angeles and the Lakers are welcoming him with open arms. Welcome to Los Angeles, Mr. James!
