My Day At The Children’s Film Festival

March 9, 2019

Junior Reporter Fletcher B. and a number of other of his fellow Junior Reporters had the opportunity to attend this year’s Bay Area International Children’s Film Festival. They had the chance to interview some of the filmmakers behind the films and then watch them!

We’ll be sharing their reports throughout the month, starting with Fletcher B.’s experience at the event. What was his favorite film? Check out what he had to say below:

Junior Reporter Fletcher B. getting the scoop!

I feel so lucky to be able to report on the Bay Area International Children’s Film Festival. There was so much to see and learn. My favorite part was definitely the films for kids by kids because it was so cool to see the masterpieces of people my age. There were sci-fi movies, dramas, fantasy movies, and a lot more diverse and different movies. I also enjoyed the cartoon network showing and the Q&A session. They showed two shows that are under development, and then we got to learn the process from the filmmakers. Overall it was a five-star film festival!
