Earlier this year, the American Kennel Club (AKC) recognized two new breeds of dogs: the Dogo Argentino and the Barbet. While these two breeds are both hunting dogs, they couldn’t be more different in terms of their looks and personalities. The Dogo Argentino is a large, short-haired dog known to be courageous and loyal but also strong and protective. The Barbet, on the other hand, is a medium-sized dog with thick and curly fur and has been described as goofy, sweet, and friendly. Which breed will be recognized by the AKC next? We’ll just have to wait and see!
